This role seeks an experienced general urologist to provide outpatient clinic and inpatient call coverage in a high-volume urology practice with surgical and procedural responsibilities. The position involves managing a broad range of urological procedures, working with supportive clinical staff, and participating in 24-hour call rotations with predictable scheduling. Board certification or eligibility is preferred, with licensure requirements aligned with Washington state or the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.

- Consistent volume, strong support staff, and predictable scheduling for a 3-6 month assignment with potential extension Assignment Details
- Start date as soon as credentialed
- Ongoing coverage after initial commitment of 3 months
- Clinic hours: 8a-4p
- Additional night call
- 24-hour call rotations as scheduled
- Clinic, rounding and OR
- Approximate 1:6 call ratio and 5-6 call days per month
- 20-25 patients per clinic day
- 20-30 surgical cases per month
- Round on admitted patients with hospitalist support Clinical Details
- Outpatient clinic and inpatient call coverage
- Bread-and-butter urology
- Additional procedures: - Cystoscopy - Vasectomy - Prostate biopsy - TURP - Uroflow studies - Bladder scans - Ureteroscopy - Nephrectomy - Cystectomy - ESWL - Botox injections
- Robotic platform available onsite
- Approximately 20% new consults and 80% callbacks, with established ED return patients comprising most callbacks
- EMR: Epic
- Support staff includes RNs, MA, surgery scheduler, and front office staff Requirements
- Board Certified in Urology highly preferred
- Truly Board Eligible considered within 0-5 years of residency completion
- Active Washington license preferred or IMLC with LOQ in hand at submission
- BLS and DEA required; ACLS preferred with ability to obtain if selected
- Ability to cover approximately 80% of listed dates and clearly outline availability and blackout dates
- Comfort working independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Clean malpractice history strongly preferred Compensation
