RN Position Job Notes:
Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:
• Work night shifts in the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit
• Provide direct patient care to cardiovascular intensive care patients utilizing the Nursing Process
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills and scientific judgment in patient care delivery
• Maintain leadership responsibilities for safe care delivery planning and anticipation
• Hold shift accountability for cardiovascular intensive care patients
• Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience levels
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education requirements
• Follow state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policy and procedures
• No local candidates accepted
• 2 positions available due to vacant positions
