Our client, a leader in the education industry, is seeking Phone Interviewers to join their team. As a Phone Interviewer, you will be part of a supportive environment dedicated to conducting effective phone interviews. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to navigate conversations smoothly, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Phone Interviewer
Location: Columbia, MO (NOT REMOTE)
Pay Range: $15 per hour
What's the Job?
- Conduct or attempt to conduct phone interviews for your entire shift.
- Utilize a computer-assisted script to guide conversations lasting around 25 minutes.
- Document necessary information accurately in the computer system.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing conversations with various personalities.
- Work in a comfortable and casual office/call center environment.
- Part- Time Hours
- Not a remote position
What's Needed?
- Ability to read and write proficiently.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to type efficiently.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Previous customer service experience is preferred.
