Job Opportunity: Family Medicine Physician in Stillwater, NY

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages (pediatrics through geriatrics).
- Manage chronic illnesses, injuries, and acute care cases.
- Perform routine exams, cancer screenings, immunizations, and lifestyle counseling.
- Collaborate closely with an Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
- Participate in a light call rotation with RN triage.
- Receive support from hospital-affiliated systems and physician-led governance.
- Participate in teaching first-year medical students and precepting NP/PA students (optional).
- Engage in hospital medicine and leadership/administrative roles as desired.
- Work with flexible scheduling, ideally in a full-time outpatient setting.
- Commit to long-term engagement with the practice.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified in Family Medicine or dual Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
- Active NY Medical License or willingness to obtain one.
- At least 1 year of experience in primary care.
- Clean malpractice and licensing history.
License and Certification Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine or dual Board Certification in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics (REQUIRED).
- Active New York medical license (or willingness to obtain one).
- ACLS certification is preferred.
