- 15 patients per day average
- 99% outpatient with rare inpatient consults
- Support from 1-2 APPs
- 26% hematology, 74% oncology case mix
- No nights, weekends, ICU procedures, or ER backup required
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
