Emergency Medicine Physician opportunity in Hobbs, NM
Join our close-knit team of 5 physicians and 3 APPs at our medical facility in Hobbs, NM. Work alongside a fantastic team of emergency and hospital medicine colleagues, providing an excellent variety of pathology.
Position Highlights:
- Provide top-quality patient care to a rural emergency department with 12 beds in an open ICU setting, seeing 16,650 patients annually.
- Foster collaboration and support among team members.
- Emphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus.
- Utilize advanced medical technology and handle transfers
- Use EPIC as the electronic medical record system.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
- Board Certified/Eligible in Emergency Medicine, OR Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with ATLS.
- Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in New Mexico.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- New graduates are encouraged to apply.
