RN - Med Surg, Nights - Needs to have charge experience and be comfortable taking charge. This is a 42 bed facility with 30 med/surg and 12 behavioral health. They are a level IV trauma center. EMR is CPSI. Each shift on med/surg unit has a ward clerk and aids, they will use LPN's. MedSurg typically has a 1 to 4-5 patient ratio.. SCHEDULE IS FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY first week then THURSDAY FRIDAY SATURDAY SUNDAY the following week.. 36/48.. orientation 1/30 then be able to work the floor February 1. AM
