- Flexible shifts with majority M-F 8am-5pm
- Every 3rd weekend requirement
- Home health/home based care setting
- Ortho, strokes, joints, spinal injuries patient types
- 1 year experience required with home setting preferred
- Experience with Oasis government mandated form required
- 1.5-2 weeks floor specific orientation provided
- BLS certification required

Per week (based on a 40-hour week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $21.23 - $50.33 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
