Medical Center is seeking a Sleep Medicine physisican to lead our Sleep Medicine department

--This leadership role is predominantly clinical with meaningful influence?not a desk job.
--Majority of time is direct patient care, including full responsibility for all Sleep Lab interpretations
--Leadership responsibilities are integrated into your schedule?not layered on top
--8 hours/month of protected administrative time included in base compensation
--Remaining hours follow our RVU-based productivity model
--Function as the Site Director for AASM Accreditation
--Lead through a dyad model to ensure ongoing compliance with AASM standards
--Partner with system leadership to drive departmental growth and service expansion
--No additional stipend?leadership responsibilities are part of the base role and recognized in the model design
--Strong administrative, nursing, and technical support
