Our client, a leading organization in the automotive and technology industry, is seeking a dedicated Operations Analyst to join their team. As an Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Vehicle Integration department supporting the Vehicle Integration team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA
Pay Range: 56/hr.
What's the Job?
- Support the Vehicle Integration team in daily budget management, including updating forecasts, tracking purchase orders, and ensuring receipt of goods and invoices.
- Serve as the primary contact for all topics related to the Vehicle Integration Budget.
- Provide regular status reports on budget actuals versus forecasts and adjust projections for the remaining budget period.
- Coordinate with the Finance Controller to resolve potential budget gaps and respond to open financial inquiries.
- Maintain accurate financial records, update forecasts, and create comprehensive status reports for management review.
What's Needed?
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant hands-on experience in financial management or project coordination.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams and present financial data clearly.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SAP systems is beneficial but not mandatory.
