Compensation:

• Direct from Training: $600,000/year plus productivity incentive bonus plan. Forgivable loan for educational debt considered.

Situation: Physician Services is a 150+ provider, two multi-specialty group affiliated with the not-for-profit Health System, the largest medical provider serving a 300,000 population region composed of West Central Illinois, Northeast Missouri, and Southeast Iowa. The System operates a premier Hospital, a 307-bed regional referral center. The group seeks to expand its Cardiology Department by adding additional physicians at its clinic in a select city in Northeastern MO. Sub-specialty support is available in virtually every field. Lab, x-ray, MRI, and extremity CT are present in the clinic building s diagnostic center. Board Certification is an expectation of all of our physicians. Base salary equals the MGMA median, and all physicians are eligible for a productivity incentive bonus plan based on work production as measured by WRVU s. Hospital was named one of 2011 s 100 Best Places to Work in Healthcare by Modern Healthcare magazine, and it ranks among the Nation s top eight percent Most Wired hospitals.
