Practice Details
- Family-run, managed care model focused on senior patients
- Five clinic locations across the Tampa Bay area
- Panel capped at 500 patients, averaging about 12 visits per full day
- Longer visits, typically 30-45 minutes, to allow thorough, relationship-based care
- Strong support from MAs, health coaches, and care coordination staff
- Dedicated coders handle pre-charting and post-visit documentation support
Schedule
- Monday-Friday clinic hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Patients are scheduled primarily between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
- Built-in time for urgent patient needs and administrative work
- No evenings or weekends
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with a qualitative performance bonus
- Additional clinic performance bonus beginning in year three
- Total compensation approaches $300k early, with potential to exceed $430k including bonuses

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
