Hematology/Oncology physician role, full-time employed position at a UNC-affiliated non-profit community hospital in NC; 4-day workweek, light phone-call only after hours, Epic EMR, accredited Comprehensive Cancer Center with in-house PET/CT; compensation: $535K base + productivity/quality incentives; benefits include paid malpractice with tail, 6 weeks PTO, CME allowance, recruitment incentive, PSLF eligible. • Board-certified/eligible in Hematology/Oncology • Active US medical license or eligible (J1/H1B supported) • Experience working with multidisciplinary cancer teams • Comfortable with Epic EMR and productivity-driven compensation • Eligible for malpractice coverage requirements
