Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele position on night shifts, requiring recent Med/Surg Tele experience and an OH or compact RN license.
Responsibilities
- Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
- Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am
- Care for adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring
- Documentation of hours worked is completed using the Qualivis Lotus system
- Assignments at this health system may not exceed 18 consecutive months
- A minimum six-month break is required before returning for another assignment at any location within this health system
- A copy of driver’s license and social security number must be provided upon request
Requirements
- Active OH or compact RN license in hand
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required
- Minimum of 18 months recent permanent Med/Surg Tele experience prior to travel
- Two professional references required for consideration
