Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist to join our multidisciplinary team in Lakewood, WA. This role offers the opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with a full on-site support staff. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care, including individual and group psychotherapy, diagnostic assessments, and clinical consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and assessments
• Provide individual and group psychotherapy to a diverse client population
• Collaborate with treatment teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards
• Offer clinical supervision and guidance to support staff and trainees as needed
• Participate in virtual interviews and team meetings

• Mood disorders (e.g., depression, bipolar disorder)
• Anxiety disorders
• PTSD and trauma-related conditions
• Psychotic disorders
