Position Details:- Setting: Outpatient Free-standing cancer center
- Call Schedule: 7 days of call per month, including one weekend (1:4 rotation)
- Weekend Requirement: Yes, one weekend per month
- Support Staff: 2 APPs currently providing coverage
- Average Patient Load:
- Outpatient Clinic: 10-15 patients per day
- Hospital (Call/Rounding): Only when patients are admitted for inpatient chemo
- EMR System: EPIC
- Trauma Level: 3
- Reason for Coverage: Physician retirement/relocations
- Radiation Oncologists on Staff: Yes
Submission Requirements:- Board Certified in BOTH Hematology and Oncology REQUIRED
- Active Oregon license Preferred (Will consider providers willing to obtain)
- Clean background/no malpractice Highly Preferred
- Self Query NPDB at time of presentation Required
- CAQH login and password Required at time of offer
- DEA Verbal confirmation required at name clear
- Must meet criteria for Medical Staff or Allied Health Professional membership and privileges
- 4 hours of unpaid EPIC training required (Testing out is an option 2 hours)
- OT is after 40 hours (Workweek: Sunday Saturday)
Certification Requirements:- BLS
- Oregon State License (or willing to obtain)
