Compensation Breakdown- $55–$60/hour blended rate
- Weekly Gross: ? $2,200–$2,400
- Housing Stipend: $850–$950/week
- Meals & Incidentals: $550–$650/week
- Overtime & Holiday Rate: $30/hour
- Onboarding Pay: $15/hour

- $500 Sign-On Bonus (start within 2 weeks)
- $500 Completion Bonus (paid at end of contract)

Role Overview- Provide skilled Physical Therapy services in Home Health settings
- Perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
- Work independently while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams
- Use EMR systems to ensure accurate and timely documentation
- Assignments may vary—flexibility is required

Schedule & Requirements- Guaranteed 40 hours/week
- Day, evening, or night shifts as required
- Weekends may be required
- Must accept assignments within reasonable commute distance

What You Need to Qualify- Minimum 2 years of Home Health PT experience (within last 5 years)
- Active U.S. Physical Therapist license (state of placement)
- CPR/BLS & First Aid (AHA, hands-on)
- Valid driver’s license & reliable personal vehicle (required)
- Strong communication, documentation, and time-management skills
