We are seeking a compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time, split-location role supporting our assisted living and memory care communities. We are a family-owned organization committed to helping residents age with dignity, comfort, and connection. This position plays a vital role in promoting resident health, safety, and overall well-being while collaborating closely with a dedicated care team in a warm, community-focused environment.

Licensed Practical Nurse Requirements & Qualifications

  • LPN certification for the state of Georgia. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience within the senior living sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent clinical judgment.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.


Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and our wellness director.
  • Ensure compliance with all Georgia state regulations and company policies.
  • Prioritize compassionate, resident-centered care.
  • Administer Prescription and OTC medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
  • Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the care team.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
