CRNA solo cases EGD with biopsies, if necessary Colonoscopy with biopsies, if necessary Combined: EGD/colonoscopy 10-16 cases per line. 08:00 4:30 pm

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR
Board Certified in AANA: REQUIRED
Active State Medical License (Michigan)/ Will Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License: REQUIRED
BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications: REQUIRED
Clean Malpractice & License History: HIGHLY PREFFERED
