SCHEDULE : The CRNA will work a weekday day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Endo Center. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia services independently for endoscopy procedures (primarily MAC).

Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10-16
Description of IR Support Staff: The CRNA will work with a dedicated Endo Center.
Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric
CRNA solo cases EGD with biopsies, if necessary Colonoscopy with biopsies, if necessary Combined: EGD/colonoscopy 10-16 cases per line. 08:00 4:30 pm

• Endoscopy cases

• MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care)

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days.

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR

Board Certified in AANA: REQUIRED

Active State Medical License (Michigan)/ Will Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License: REQUIRED

BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications: REQUIRED

Clean Malpractice & License History: HIGHLY PREFFERED
