This locum tenens Gastroenterology physician role in Shenandoah Valley, Virginia involves performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures such as colonoscopies, sigmoidoscopies, and liver biopsies in a 250-bed community hospital. The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 7am to 5pm, managing 15-20 patients daily in the endoscopy suite and 5-10 patients in clinic. Candidates must hold a Virginia medical license and be board certified or eligible in gastroenterology with experience using EPIC EMR systems.
