Manage patients' overall health and well-being through ongoing care coordination. Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in the electronic health record system. Who You Are: Board-certified/eligible Internal Medicine physician (BE/BC). Current and active license to practice medicine in Alabama (AL). Strong clinical skills and experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of adult medical conditions.
