Practice Highlights

• Facility includes:

  • 20 operating rooms

  • 5 heart & vascular rooms

  • 6 endoscopy rooms

  • 2 C-section suites

• Case Mix: Broad range of general and complex cases, including:

  • Orthopedic (elective + trauma)

  • GI, GYN, ENT

  • Complex vascular, neurosurgery

  • Interventional cardiology (EP & structural heart)

  • Full-scope cardiothoracic

  • Healthy pediatrics

  • Robotics

• Schedule: Mix of 8, 10, 12, and 16-hour shifts

• No call required

• Supportive, professional, and friendly provider team

• Experience preferred, but new graduates (2025 and earlier) will be considered

• Not accepting locums providers

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA by start date) REQUIRED

• Michigan License (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• DEA (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

• ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) REQUIRED

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $112.75/hour

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $100,000 (0.5 FTE or greater, 5-year commitment)
