COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Rate: $200,000.00 $230,000.00 annual salary

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Active Massachusetts medical license
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with Acute Care experience
- Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
- Other Qualifications: - Bilingual English/Spanish required - Strong interpersonal and diagnostic skills - Commitment to professional standards and continuing education
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide emergency and acute care across multiple sites
- Diagnose disease processes and administer timely medical treatment
- Participate in quality assurance and utilization reviews
- Teach and supervise medical students and residents
- Serve on-call and represent the health center in the community
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
- Attend conferences and continuing medical education programs
- Travel to affiliated sites as required
