Caregiver / Home Care Aide – Oakdale – up to $19/hr | Weekly Pay

Clients Who Need Your Support
- Couple in their 90s located in Oakdale who needs support with ADLs and transfer assistance. High need for caregivers with availability on Friday overnight, Saturday, and Sunday. Hourly wage: $19.00
- 90 year old client located in Oakdale, who uses a wheelchair, needs companionship and support with ADLs. High need for caregivers with availability Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 7am to 11am, and Monday and Friday from 3pm to 7pm. Hourly wage: $16.00

Pay & Benefits
- $15.00–$16.00/hr, plus $1/hr for weekend visits*
- Opportunity to earn up to $18.00/hr after your first 8 weeks**

What You’ll Do
- Build meaningful relationships with seniors through companionship and care
- Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and errands
- Help with personal care such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of three professional references
- Willing to work at least two weekly shifts with the same client(s)
- Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills (bilingual candidates encouraged)
- Completion of any required compliance, license, or registration steps

**To be considered for the wage increase, you must meet Honor's requirements as a driver (valid U.S. drivers' license and clean driving record), have more than 6 months of paid/professional caregiving experience, work 20 visits in your first 8 weeks of employment, and remain in good standing with Honor. The $18.00 is for select regions and applies to weekend shifts with high transfer clients
