The role requires active Pennsylvania state licensure, DEA registration, board certification or eligibility, and experience with typical urology procedures in a hospital-based or free-standing clinic setting. The physician works solo during regular business hours without after-hours call, supported by inpatient hospitalist coverage onsite.
