COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Pediatrics (PED)

• Base Salary: $245K-$255K+
• Bonus:$15Kannually
• Sign-On Bonus: $20K negotiable
• Relocation: Yes
• Vacation: 22.5 days - vacation, sick, CME + holidays 8-10
• CME: Yes
• Full Benefits package: Starting first day
• Retirement: Starting first day (3% match with contribution 100% vested day 1)

• PPD: 25-30
• Clinic: 8:00-4:30
• Schedule: 4.5-day work week with .5 day for admin.
• Call: 5 days of call per month (T/TH) on your call week. Hospital 10 minutes from clinic.
• No attendance for deliveries
• Credentialing: 60-90 days
