As a CWR-Customer Service Rep I, you will be part of the Customer Support Department supporting customer interactions and operational coordination. What's the Job?
- Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution
- Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner to maintain high satisfaction levels
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues related to delivery and service requests
- Monitor progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps, process changes or cancellations to delivery orders as needed
What's Needed?
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
- Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
