Great opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in Digestive Health (GI) within the Myrtle Beach, SC area.

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) of Physician Assistant (PA)
• 1+ yr experience in GI preferred but candidates with background in GI, Inpatient services, and/or any surgical setting as NP/PA ok
• Service line is expanding and looking to streamline to reduce patient wait time down from 4 weeks to 1 week
• Mon-Fri 8a-5p - 36 contact hours and 4 admin hours
• Consults and rounding with the physician on call
• Great support staff with dedicated RN, 3 NP/PA's, and experienced surgical teams
• 17-20 patients per day in clinic and daily census of 150+
• Collaboration with access to 5 physicians that perform advanced technologies such as the da Vinci Robotic Surgical System for minimally invasive GI surgeries, 180 & 190 HD scoped and complex cases requiring enhanced precision
• Duties include OR, rounding, and consults
• Hospital employed
• EMR used is Cerner
