We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (Float Pool) in our beautiful new location. MUST RELOCATE TO GILLETTE, WYOMING. The ideal candidate for the Registered Nurse (Float Pool) position will be responsible for clinical coverage and support our entire team by rotating among departments such as family medicine, pediatrics, women’s health, and specialty clinics. Salary range $80,000 to $90,000 and we help with relocation!!!

Registered Nurse (Float Pool) Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (ADN or BSN)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wyoming

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

• ACLS, PALS, or specialty certifications preferred

• 1+ year of clinical nursing experience in an outpatient or acute care setting

• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform clinical procedures safely and accurately

• Provide patient and family education on disease processes, medications, and post-care instructions

• Float between assigned departments based on staffing needs and competencies

Registered Nurse (Float Pool) Compensation & Benefits:
