Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for the Emergency Room to provide top-quality care to adult patients. The ideal candidate will have experience in emergency care and be adept with various clinical skills required for a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide emergency care to adult and geriatric patients with various emergency diagnoses.
- Perform triage, isolation precautions, and manage cardiac monitoring.
- Administer IV therapy, blood products, and manage ventilators and CPAP/BiPAP as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC charting system.
- Active New York State RN license (no pending licenses accepted).
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
- Clinical skills in IV therapy, emergency care, and trauma management are essential.
