Job Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced Charge RN for a Perianesthesia Care Unit (PACA) position in California requiring recent charge or relief charge experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in an inpatient Perianesthesia Care Unit (PACA) in a hospital setting
- PM shift from 12:00 to 20:00, 8-hour shifts
- No weekend shifts required
- 13-week assignment
- Position is for a charge nurse role with leadership responsibilities in the PACA environment
- No weekend coverage is required
- Candidates must be W-2 employees of their agency
Requirements
- Active California RN license required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a charge or relief charge nurse in a perianesthesia care unit
- CPAN or CAPA certification is preferred
