Minimum Requirements
? Board Certified in Internal Medicine
? Board Certified or Eligible in Geriatrics, a plus
? Certifications: ACLS and BLS
? Active and unrestricted medical license in Alabama (by start date)
? Minimum 3 years of outpatient primary care experience
? Proficiency in chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, COPD, CHF, obesity)
? Experience with electronic medical records
? Strong diagnostic, organizational, and communication skills
