Assignment DurationThis is a 13-week contract position.
ScheduleFull Time - 3x12 Night Shifts (7pm - 7:30am) with holiday and every other weekend requirements, plus 2 On-Call shifts per 4 weeks.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to work night shifts and provide critical care support in various units, including Med/Surg, ICU, and ER. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with floating between multiple units and demonstrates strong critical care experience.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent patient care in MedSurg, ICU, and ER environments.
- Effectively float between units as required.
- Ensure adherence to safety and care protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.
- Current New York State RN License.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
- At least 1 year of experience in MedSurg, Tele, or Critical Care Units.
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (through American Heart Association), and NIHSS.
- Basic Coronary Care certification within 6 months of hire.
- Eligibility for CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
