Job Description

We are seeking a professional ICU/Critical Care Registered Nurse to provide nursing care through the nursing process. The RN will meet the needs of the patient, family, and multidisciplinary team through effective communication, coordination, and evaluation. Adherence to all policies and procedures, nursing standards of practice, and regulatory bodies is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Float as needed to the PCU as required.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards and practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in ICU; PCU experience preferred.
• Specialty experience in Cardiac ICU preferred.
• New Jersey RN license or compact license required.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS (AHA only).
