Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal, a multi-specialty surgical group serving the San Gabriel Valley and Inland Empire, is currently seeking a Bariatric/MIS Surgeon to join the group.
Position Details:
- Will be a 1099 Independent Contractor under Inland Valley Surgeons of SoCal.
- W2 employed is also possible.
- Will do a mix of Bariatric/MIS and General Surgery
- Clinic Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 5:30PM offers flexibility in scheduling clinic and OR days.
- Call Schedule: 1 in 3 (Negotiable) Group and ER calls.
- Must be able to perform advanced robotic (DaVinci) and laparoscopic surgery.
- Income Guarantee of $350K in the first year + Productivity Bonus based on collections.
- Productivity based compensation in Year 2 onwards (up to 70% of collections after expenses)
- Autonomy to build your own volume in a well-established practice.
