American Traveler is seeking an ARRT (MR) certified Radiology Technologist with at least 2 years of MRI experience for a long-term travel assignment.
Responsibilities- MRI Neuro department in a clinical setting
- Work with neuro MRI patient population
- 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday; contracts are either for day or evening shifts, not rotating
- No weekends or on-call required
- Uses Epic EMR system; prior experience with Epic is preferred
- Assignment located in MN/WI region
- Role includes producing high-quality MRI images and practicing established safety guidelines
- Requires competence with a variety of MRI equipment and technology
- Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Flexibility to staff various work locations and adapt to varied shift times required
- Assignment maximum is one calendar year with a 30-60 day required break before returning
- Mandatory compliance with background check and drug screening prior to start
- Scrubs or department dress code required
- Active ARRT certification in Magnetic Resonance (MR) required
- BLS certification from AHA or American Red Cross required
- Must be a graduate of an ARRT-approved or recognized Health Science program
- Minimum 2 years of experience in MRI required, or 3 completed travel assignments
- Experience producing high-quality diagnostic MRI images
- License required if applicable
