Details and requirements for this opportunity: Job Settings: Hospital Modalities: General Diagnostic Shift/Schedule/Hours: Monday-Friday 8a-4p; 1-2 weeks per month Dates Needed: As soon as possible - ongoing Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Certifications Required: Must be board certified Facility Location Lafayette is just s short drive north from Indianapolis and just across the river from West Lafayette, home of Purdue University.
