The Division of Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Hartford Healthcare is seeking a General PM&R physician to join this dedicated team. Located in the foothills of the Berkshires in the beautiful Northwest Region of Connecticut, this position is primarily ambulatory.
The successful applicant must be eligible for a Connecticut Medical License and board certified/eligible in PM&R.
