Occupational Therapist needed asap for 13 weeks REQUIRED SKILLS: Active Drivers License, Auto-Insurance, Reliable Vehicle, and clean DMV Report - Required General OT - no specific specialty (need to see pediatric and general population) Mostly Outpatient w/ Acute Care Ortho, Neuro, Peds Experience - Required BLS (AHA) ALL SCHEDULING REQUESTS MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF SUBMISSION (Facility will NOT approve scheduling requests at/after time of offer / Please obtain this information prior to submittal / Requests after offer can be cause for rescinded offer) Dress Code: Uniform or dress/casual clothes no jeans
Required Qualifications
Occupational Therapist, Outpatient Licenses: OT-MI Certifications: BLS-AHA(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Profile Requirements:

Licensure (MI LARA) & Certifications (BLS - AHA)
