Pulmonary & Critical Care Physician, permanent, 40 hrs/wk, alternating schedule, inpatient/outpatient focus (more clinic & sleep), near Gary, Indiana; weekday call 3–4x/mo, weekend/holiday 1:3; onsite ultrasound, EPIC; outreach possible. - Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care (sleep certification preferred) - Experience with arterial line, chest tube, central line, intubation, thoracentesis - Ability to work full-time with alternating call schedule - Comfortable using EPIC and point-of-care ultrasound
