Active CA license needed
Needs to be Board Certified
Call response time: 20-30 mins
Call ratio: 1:4
Schedule:
Shifts will be 8am-5pm in general but won't always be exactly those times. There will be days where they need to round at the hospital prior to coming into the clinic. The days they're operating and not in clinic their start time will depend on how many surgeries they have. In general a 7am start will be expected when operating.
Call will differ each month. They're on call 5 days per month and one weekend approx. every 5-6wks. The Monday- Friday days they will be in clinic or operating. If clinic and call days occur (M-F), they should be billed as the following:
- Clinic and Call for their 7/8am- 5pm will be billed at their hourly rate
- 5pm-7/8am will be night call with 0 hours of gratis included.
Rate: $100/hr nightly call rate $250/night
