PowerBack Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for our Mobile Outpatient Therapy department within the Healthcare & Medical Services industry. As a Physical Therapist with PowerBack, you will be key in providing specialized rehabilitation services tailored to enhance patients' recovery post-surgery, injury, or illness. You will bring your expertise to patients' homes, creating the convenience and comfort necessary for optimal healing. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive patient assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and implementing rehabilitation programs aimed at improving mobility and restoring independence.

As part of our collaborative team, you'll work closely with other healthcare professionals to offer holistic care while fostering a supportive environment focused on patient and professional growth. You will educate patients and their families on therapy practices and home exercises to ensure continued progress.
