Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Outpatient Opportunity
Healthcare United is recruiting a Board Certified Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist for an established outpatient practice in Northwest Indiana, within an accessible Midwest metro region known for family-friendly communities, affordability, and proximity to major urban amenities.

Position Responsibilities
Provide direct outpatient psychiatric care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and medication management for child and adolescent patients.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care.
Participate in supervision, teaching, or leadership activities when assigned.
Adhere to institutional, regulatory, and professional standards governing psychiatric services.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and organizational goals.
Outpatient-focused setting with a comprehensive continuum of behavioral health services
Flexible full-time schedule with limited, shared call coverage supported by tele-psychiatry after hours
Average daily patient volume in the mid-teens, supporting quality-focused care
Experienced clinical and administrative support staff
Collegial, team-oriented environment
Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified in Psychiatry
Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Eligible for medical licensure in Indiana
BLS certification
