Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide comprehensive in-house OB/GYN coverage during scheduled night shifts
- Manage labor and delivery cases, including emergency interventions as required
- Perform gynecological and obstetrical procedures as indicated
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other medical professionals to ensure quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions and procedures
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and protocols
Additional Information
- Current West Virginia medical license required
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology required
- Must have active Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications
- Previous experience with in-house hospital shifts is preferred
