- Care Setting: Outpatient/Clinic
- Shift Details: Open to 4x10-hour days or 5x8-hour days, 2 evenings/week until 7:30 PM
- Number of Patients per Week: 55-63
Key Requirements- Licensure: Must be licensed Physical Therapist
- Required Qualifications: At least 3 months of outpatient experience or 1 year of PT experience in other settings
- Certifications: Board Certified
- Vaccination Required: Yes
- Experience and Skills: Patient-centered care model
