Kingman Regional Medical Center (KRMC) is seeking a General Otolaryngologist (ENT) to join our growing, community-focused health system in beautiful northwest Arizona. This is a full-time, hospital-employed position offering excellent support, a strong referral base, and the opportunity to build a thriving practice in a region with high demand and limited competition.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive ENT care for pediatric and adult patients
- Perform in-office procedures (based on physician comfort and skill)
- Conduct surgical cases including tonsils, adenoids, sinus procedures, tympanostomy tubes, etc.
- Participate in shared call rotation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to deliver high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Engage in quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Help build, expand, and shape a growing ENT service line
Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
- Eligible for Arizona medical license
- Strong clinical skills and interest in general ENT
- Commitment to compassionate patient care and community service
