Locum CRNA Springfield, MO Area High Pay Flexible Shifts
Were seeking multiple Locum CRNAs for a high-acuity hospital in Southwest Missouri starting in 2026. This is an ongoing need with a variety of complex cases and flexible schedulingperfect for experienced CRNAs looking for top-tier pay and a great lifestyle location.
Position Highlights:
- Location: Greater SpringfieldOzark, MO area
- Start Date: 1/12/2026 (Ongoing)
- Shifts: 10- or 12-hour shifts, MondayFriday, day or evening options
- Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week (full-time preferred)
- Practice Model: 4:1 Medical Direction by anesthesiologists
- Cases: Complex neuro, spine, ENT, ortho, eyes, endo, OB/epidural, EP; pediatric cases included
- Procedures: Arterial lines, intubations, vent management required
- Volume: 17 ORs running daily; average daily census 135 (includes L&D, endo, heart, MRI/CT)
- No call
- EMR: Epic
Requirements:
- CRNA with active MO license (or willing to obtain)
- Case logs from last 12 months preferred
- Must have experience with advanced procedures (art lines, vent mgmt, intubations)
Compensation & Perks:
- $210$240/hr 1099 depending on commitment (OT after shift; no stipends)
