This role supports medical staff by providing care and assistance to elderly participants in a clinic setting, including mobility aid and preparation for medical exams. Phlebotomy experience is strongly preferred, and candidates must hold a Nursing Assistant Certification and BLS certification. The position is full-time, day shift, focused on improving the health and independence of frail older adults within the Providence PACE program.
Description
$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Schedule : Monday-Friday Day shift
Under the direction of the Nursing Services Manager, provides support services for the medical staff in the Clinic. Provides care in support of Participant satisfaction and retention. Assists Participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from restroom, toileting, changing incontinence products, and clothing. Responsible for preparing Participants for medical exam by Clinic MD and RNs. Phlebotomy experience strongly preferred.

Required Qualifications:
- Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year in Healthcare setting
- Working with frail, cognitively impaired older adults.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors.
