Job Description & Requirements

- Experience** 1 year of pediatric experience, inpatient required
- License/Certification/Registry** -Certification with the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- State of Arizona Occupational Therapist license (will not wait for traveler to apply, must be in hand) -
- Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card prior to start date -
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date
