Position Summary
The organization is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon with a focus on joint conditions involving the knees, shoulders, and hips . This position involves a mix of outpatient clinic, surgical cases, and follow-up care, serving an active and diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing both operative and non-operative joint conditions and interested in long-term practice growth within a supportive, high-volume setting.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions related to the knee, shoulder, and hip
Perform joint-related surgical procedures, including arthroscopic and reconstructive surgeries
Manage pre-operative, operative, and post-operative patient care
Provide non-surgical treatment options when appropriate
Collaborate with physical therapists, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Participate in quality improvement and patient outcome initiatives
Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Completion of an accredited Orthopedic Surgery residency
Fellowship training in joints, sports medicine, or related subspecialty preferred
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Orthopedic Surgery
Eligible for Texas medical licensure
Strong clinical, communication, and patient-care skills
